Iinterpret is pleased to count several State and local government agencies amongst its clients. Projects completed in the public sector include court interpreting, social services assistance, interpretation for the police force, and interpretation for foreign dignitaries when visiting the United States on official business.

Equal access to justice and to the courts for all, regardless of an individual’s ability to communicate in English, is a fundamental goal of the California judicial system. The California Constitution mandates the “[a] person unable to understand English who is charged with a crime has the right to an interpreter throughout the proceedings.”
